Sunday, August 16th 9am-6pm

Crosier Park Gym;   223 E 14th St.  Hastings, NE 68901

We welcome Lynne’ Marotta to share and teach Chapman’s Reflexes.

This class presents the system of identifying and stimulating reflex points to facilitate lymphatic drainage enhancing balance in the organs, fluids and other systems. This class also focuses on the relationship between the neurolymphatic reflexes and the endocrine system and its effect on structural balance as well as the individual’s physical and emotional well-being.

We will work with anterior and posterior points on the body to support physical health and a better sense of wellbeing.  These points can be an excellent self-care tool as well as for your practice with clients.

Instructor, Lynne’ Marotta has been practicing Ortho-Bionomy® since 2003. She is a Registered Advanced Instructor. Lynne’ loves to share her passion for Ortho-Bionomy with clients in her practice and students. She resides in New Jersey and travels to teach this modality she loves near and far.

This course offers continuing education for bodyworkers, movement educators, and anyone interested in supporting the body’s self-corrective reflexes and innate healing abilities. No prerequisites or prior bodywork experience are required. This class is open to all!

In this course, we’ll explore the history, philosophy, principles, and methods of Ortho-Bionomy® while gaining hands-on experience with foundational techniques for working with the joints of the arms and legs. Learn to engage the body’s natural responses through Phase 4 techniques, which use gentle movement and positions of comfort to release muscular tension, reduce stress, and stimulate self-corrective reflexes. These techniques promote structural alignment and balance from within, empowering the body to heal itself.
